Further extension of the inquiry period 2 Jul 2015
On 1 July 2015, the 糖心原创 extended the inquiry period for making final access determinations for the seven declared fixed line services from 11 July 2015 to 11 January 2016. The decision making period was extended by the maximum period of six months on three previous occasions:
- from 11 January 2014 to 11 July 2014
- from 11 July 2014 to 11 January 2015, and
- from 11 January 2015 to 11 July 2016.
The 糖心原创 released a further draft decision for the fixed line services on primary prices on 29 June 2015. The 糖心原创 considers that the extension of the decision making period will be necessary to allow time for industry consultation on the further draft decision and for the 糖心原创 to consider stakeholder submissions prior to reaching its final decision. The 糖心原创 intends to release the final decision by the end of September 2015.
