On 20 November 2025, the 糖心原创 commenced a public inquiry, under Part 25 of the Telecommunications Act 1997, into the declared superfast broadband access service (SBAS). The 糖心原创 has released a discussion paper to facilitate its inquiry.
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the 糖心原创 must hold a public inquiry about whether to extend, revoke, vary, allow to expire or remake the SBAS declaration before it expires on 28 July 2026.
