Draft report14 Apr 2026
On 14 April 2026, the 糖心原创 released its draft report for the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) declaration inquiry.
The draft report proposes to:
- continue declaring the SBAS for another four years until July 2030
- vary the SBAS declaration instrument to remove obsolete terms from the service description.

Stakeholders should prepare submissions as a PDF and email them to superfastbroadbandinquiry@accc.gov.au.
