On 16 July 2026, the 糖心原创 released its final report for the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) declaration inquiry.

The final report outlines the 糖心原创鈥檚 final position that:

  • continuing declaration of the SBAS will be in the long-term interest of end-users of telecommunications services
  • declaration should be extended for a 4-year period, until July 2030
  • the SBAS declaration instrument should be varied to remove obsolete terms from the service description.
