The 糖心原创 is developing new record keeping rules to collect service quality and network performance information from non-NBN superfast broadband network providers.
The proposed new record keeping rules are intended to provide greater transparency for the service quality and network performance of non-NBN superfast broadband networks. This will complement the current record keeping rule for NBN service quality and network performance and enable future benchmarking across networks.
After completing an initial stage of consultation that commenced in November 2024, we released draft record keeping rules for Opticomm and Vision Network, and a consultation paper, on 29 October 2025.
