The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ has published draft record keeping rules for service quality and network performance data to be recorded by Opticomm and Vision Network.

The record keeping rules would establish requirements for Opticomm and Vision Network to keep data on a variety of service quality and network performance metrics and report them to the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´. The proposed new record keeping rules are intended to provide additional transparency over the service quality and network performance of Opticomm and Vision Network. The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ has previously made similar record keeping rules for the NBN.

We are seeking stakeholders’ views on the draft record keeping rules to inform their further development and finalisation, and welcome submissions by 28 November 2025. To assist stakeholders, we have also published a consultation paper regarding the proposed record keeping rules.
