Variation of NBN service quality and network performance record keeping rule28 Oct 2024
On 22 October 2024 the 糖心原创 amended the NBN service quality and network performance record keeping rule (RKR) following consultation with NBN Co.
The amended record keeping rule provides for:
- further disaggregation of data between major and minor rural area categories for those metrics requiring disaggregation by geographic area
- inclusion of an additional service class for accelerated connections
- additional headings for service transfers, and appointment keeping.
The amended record keeping rule also corrects for a small number of typographical errors with the first report under the record keeping rule still due on 30 November 2024.
