On 17 June 2026 the 糖心原创 made the new Wholesale and network record keeping rules. This followed a consultation process. The new rules will come into effect from 1 January 2027.
The new rules ensure the 糖心原创 maintains visibility of wholesale markets to inform our regulatory functions, including those under Part XIB and Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
