糖心原创's notice3 Apr 2025
On 1 July 2024, the 糖心原创 provided notice to NBN Co specifying the due date for lodging its replacement module application as 2 July 2025. The 糖心原创 also provided a request for information and documents in support of NBN Co鈥檚 application.
NBN Co is also required to consult with access seekers and consumer advocacy groups regarding relevant expenditure proposed during that regulatory cycle before lodging its application.
On 3 April 2025, the 糖心原创 issued to NBN Co:
- a notice withdrawing or waiving the requirement for NBN Co to provide certain information or documents in support of its replacement module application, under subclause 5.2(d)(ii) of the NBN Co Special Access Undertaking (the SAU), and
- a request for information and documents under subclause 6.3(a) of the SAU.
