Consultation on benchmark service standards18 Nov 2025
The 糖心原创 has published a consultation paper focusing on benchmark service standards following an initial round of public consultation on NBN Co鈥檚 replacement module.
In this further round of consultation, we sought feedback on our preliminary views on proposed changes to the benchmark service standards and some other matters.
On 28 November 2025, the 糖心原创 hosted an online stakeholder forum to discuss NBN Co鈥檚 benchmark service standards and other replacement module matters. The forum was attended by representatives of NBN Co, its access seekers, and other providers, consumer and government bodies. On 17 December 2025, we published the forum agenda and public summary of the discussion. The documents are available on this page.
The deadline to provide a written submission in response to this consultation paper was 17 December 2025. Submissions received in response to the consultation paper are available below. NBN Co provided a more detailed submission on 13 February 2026.
