Extension of existing disconnection requirements23 Dec 2019
On 3 December 2019, Telstra wrote to the 糖心原创 requesting forbearance to apply extensions to disconnection requirements for premises that remain not NBN-serviceable in disconnection waves 59 and 60 and which are currently subject to extended disconnection arrangements.
On 12 December 2019, the 糖心原创 advised Telstra that it supported the forbearance request. The 糖心原创 also noted that Telstra has submitted a proposed variation to the Migration Plan which includes amendments to extend disconnection timeframes consistent with this forbearance request.
