Transitional migration arrangements during Christmas and New Year period 2019-2019 Nov 2019
On 8 November 2019, Telstra wrote to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ advising that transitional migration arrangements to minimise disruption of customers’ services during the 2019-20 Christmas and New Year period had been agreed between Telstra and NBN Co. Telstra sought forbearance from the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ regarding its current Migration Plan obligations in order to implement the transitional arrangements.
On 15 November 2019, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ advised Telstra that it supported the forbearance request.
