On 14 June 2013 Telstra wrote to the 糖心原创 seeking approval of a variation to the cease sale obligation contained in clause 17 of the migration plan. Telstra's proposed amendments limit the application of the cease sale obligation to premises that are NBN serviceable or a 'frustrated premise'.
The 糖心原创 is currently considering this proposed variation.
