Variation approved (Multi-technology NBN and revised Definitive Agreements)26 Jun 2015
On 26 June 2015 the 糖心原创 accepted Telstra's revised Migration Plan after determining that it complied with the Migration Plan Principles and Specified Matters Instrument.
The revised Migration Plan includes extensive changes related to:
- NBN鈥檚 shift to a multi-technology mix for its rollout
- the renegotiated Definitive Agreements between Telstra, NBN and the government, and
- improved migration and disconnection arrangements for consumers based on further experience with the migration to the NBN.
Telstra has notified the 糖心原创 that the Restatement Date (as defined in clause 4.1 of the revised Migration Plan) occurred on 26 June 2015. This means that the revised Migration Plan is now in effect.
